I have been a qualified physiotherapist for over 30 years, with an MSc in Health Care and Policy Management. I am APPI qualified to teach Clinical Pilates and deliver this in both group and one-to-one environments.

I am a hands-on physiotherapist, treating all musculoskeletal problems, offering a clear explanation of your problem and a bespoke treatment plan for you.

Pilates Classes

Suitable for all ages and abilities and great for posture, back-related problems or general fitness. Classes have limited numbers to ensure close supervision. One-to-one classes are available on request

Fitness Classes

Exercise in a safe environment in a small supervised group. Suitable for the older person enabling them to keep mobile and active. Classes include strengthening, cardiovascular and balance exercises

Shockwave Therapy

State-of-the-art clinically proven shockwave therapy, performed by a specially trained chartered physiotherapist to help relieve your pain. Particularly beneficial for tennis elbow, achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis and many other soft tissue and sports injuries
